This year has seen another great charity funding raising effort by the whole GRM Team! We have held a range of events through the year, almost all of which involve some form of dressing up (assuming growing a moustache for Movember counts as ‘dressing up’)!
The customary final event is Christmas Jumper Day, which once again gave the team an excuse to don their best and worst festive themed garments! Today also served to mark the end of Movember, with several members of the team desperate to upstage our Managing Director Bill Peacock both in their moustache prowess and Christmas outfit!
Bill’s absence away on holiday gave imposter Courtney Blockley-Campton the opportunity to scope prizes for both his festive outfit and Movember moustache. Both accolades clearly went to his head, and he took it upon himself to see what it felt like to sit in Bill’s hot seat!
Final totals for all the events run this year will again run into the thousands of pounds, with a range of charities benefitting, including Cancer Research, Best Cancer Now, Testicular Cancer and Movember. A huge ‘thank you’ goes out to everyone at GRM for embracing our annual challenges and fundraising efforts! These will most definitely continue in 2024, you have been warned!
