Maintaining the highest levels of service, standards and quality is a fundamental part of what we do at GRM. All the teams work closely with Lorraine Kent, our in-house Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Manager, who oversees our Quality Management System, together with Geoff Beckett as QA Lead Director.
We are therefore proud and delighted to have once again successfully passed the annual British Assessment Bureau (BAB) ISO 9001:2015 external audit. This included a site visit to Northampton where GRM’s Senior Geologist Joe explained how he was logging and sampling to the BAB Auditor (see main image).
